Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Definitions)
1. “Company” means HANA21 Co., Ltd.
2. “Service” means airport transfer services, chauffeur-driven sightseeing services, and all related
reservation, arrangement, and information services provided by the Company.
3. “User” means any individual, corporation, or organization that uses the Service after agreeing to these
Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. “Operating Company” means the taxi company, chauffeur company, or individual operator that actually
provides transportation services.
Article 2 (Scope of Service)
1. The Service provides vehicle arrangement for airport transfers and sightseeing transportation upon
request by the User.
2. Actual transportation services are performed by the Operating Company, and the Company acts
solely as a reservation and arrangement provider.
3. Transportation services are subject to the transportation terms and conditions of the respective
Operating Company.
Article 3 (Reservation)
1. A reservation shall be deemed concluded when the Company accepts the User’s reservation request
through the prescribed method.
2. The Company may refuse or cancel a reservation due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, vehicle
availability, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
1. Service fees shall be based on the quotation or price list presented by the Company.
2. Additional charges such as toll roads, parking fees, waiting fees, or overtime charges may apply.
3. Payment methods and deadlines shall be determined separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Waiting Time and Delays)
1. Free waiting time for airport transfers shall be limited to the duration separately specified by the
Company (e.g., 60 minutes after scheduled arrival time).
2. Waiting time exceeding the free allowance shall incur additional charges.
3. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by flight delays or cancellations, traffic congestion,
weather conditions, accidents, disasters, or other force majeure events.
Article 6 (Cancellation and No-Show)
1. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation, in accordance with the Company’s
cancellation policy.
2. In the event of a No-Show (failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice), the
full service fee shall be charged.
Article 7 (Passenger Capacity and Luggage)
1. The number of passengers and amount of luggage shall not exceed the details provided at the time of
reservation.
2. If the actual number exceeds the reservation details, boarding may be refused or additional charges may
apply.
3. The transportation of dangerous goods, illegal items, or items that interfere with safe operation is strictly
prohibited.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Providing false or misleading information
2. Acts in violation of laws or public order and morals
3. Harassment, threats, or nuisance behavior toward drivers or third parties
4. Damage, contamination, or misuse of vehicles or equipment
5. Association with anti-social forces or criminal organizations
Article 9 (Responsibility During Sightseeing)
1. The User shall bear full responsibility for accidents, theft, loss, or injury occurring at sightseeing
locations.
2. Overtime charges may apply if sightseeing stop durations exceed the agreed schedule.
Article 10 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure events, including but not
limited to natural disasters, traffic regulations, accidents, or actions of third parties.
2. In any case where liability is recognized, the Company’s liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary
damages only.
Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on
the Company’s website.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama
District Court.
