referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in connection with the airport
transfer services, chauffeur-driven sightseeing services, and related services provided by the Company
(hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

The Company uses Personal Information for the following purposes:
1. Reservation management, identity verification, vehicle arrangement, and operational
coordination
2. Airport transfer and sightseeing itinerary management, including waiting time control
3. Calculation, billing, and settlement of service fees
4. Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
5. Addressing violations of terms, policies, or applicable laws
6. Purposes incidental to the above
3.2 Marketing and Service Improvement

for vehicle operation and service execution

The Company shall not be responsible for the acquisition of Personal Information by third parties in the
following cases:
1. When Users voluntarily provide Personal Information to Operating Companies or other third
parties
2. When Personal Information is obtained through external websites linked from the Services
3. When Personal Information is accessed through unauthorized use of IDs or passwords
6. Security Measures
The Company implements necessary and appropriate organizational and technical measures to prevent
leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Information and to ensure its secure management.
7. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their Personal Information
in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Upon confirming the identity of the requesting User, the Company will respond promptly and within a
reasonable scope.

cookies are disabled.
